    In keeping with its recent volatile behavior, Cisco Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) bounced higher today, up 1.29% to $22.30 in a 52-week range of $19.98 to $26.49 after bouncing about the same amount lower yesterday.     Spherix Inc.(SPEX) on Thursday said that it is suing Cisco Inc.(CSCO) (CSCO), a leging that $43 billion in Cisco sales infringed on Spherix patents. Spherix–which described itself as an “intellectual property development company committed to the fostering and monetization of intellectual property”—said Cisco infringes on 11 patents it acquired in December.
